In this game, I requested a server analysis and at the end, it said I was +4 but if I turned on local evaluation, it couldn't find the best move, all moves were -3 to -4. Once the analysis reached depth 19, the bar suddenly dipped from +3.8 to like -4.5
Edit: it seems that the analysis is completely flipped around, as when the server says it's -3, it's +3

Most of the server analysis is random people like me volunteering their home computer. The analysis runs in a fraction of a second per move. Some positions take more than a fraction of a second to properly analyze.
I would guess your local analysis ran for more than a fraction of a second and that's why you got different results.
I would assume that there are not enough volunteers to do deeper analysis. It's deeper than the analysis that chess.com does, and it's free so it does have that advantage.
