I see. Apologies for the misunderstanding.
Why not make variants or let the versions out? Does it weigh on the Lichess bundle or server load?
*shrugs* Speaking for myself, I don't find any point in stressing about it now. I mentioned a slew of other good piece sets available on Lichess, most of which haven't changed in ages, and I'm using them now, Dubrovny on wood2 on the site and Gioco on blue2 in my offline app (En Croissant).
