Can't play online anymore using android app

i confirm that the app is unusable after the latest update. waiting forever to be paired up. no issue before the update, nothing changed with my internet connection or settings.

If I log out, I can play friendly games as anonymous. It seems there's something wrong somewhere else, or in the interaction with the servers. Unfortunately, no one seems to investigate this.

I downloaded version 6.0.2 here and installed it manually (you need to uninstall 6.0.4 and allow unknown sources temporarily): https://www.apk4fun.com/apk/286295/

@a4c8 On the GitHub issue the dev says "on android 7.x and above the webview used by lichess app is synced with chrome" , so try installing the latest version of Chrome to see if that fixes things.
