Bullet 1+0 Adding Time?

I recently noticed that in some of my games, usually late game where both of us are low on time, that they start gaining time, every time they move their king. The games are all 1 minute 0 interval games.

If you scroll all the way down there is something about "lag compensation". That might be what causes it to appear like your opponent is gaining time. But they really aren't
