Bugs in the rook section of the learn chess tutorial

There is a second solution (for three stars in five moves) in the forth section that the tutorial won't allow. I`m new to lichess and it is amazing!!! Thought I would report.

There is no way to get three stars in the sixth section. Also, there is a second solution (for three stars in five moves) in the forth section that the tutorial won't allow. I`m new to lichess and it is amazing!!! Thought I would report.

Rooks move on ranks and files up to and including the point at which there is another piece (as long as that piece is not the opponent's King). They also do this weird swappy thing with your king on the right or left if there are no pieces in the way and only if your not in check, but you'd have to ask someone else bout that.

Thanks for the reply "castle soon and often..." I was an idiot that just solved the final sixth section. But I believe there is a second solution for the forth. Will double check.

There is a second solution

I'm confident there is only one five-move solution. Can you describe your alternative?

f8 g8 g1 g7 h7

the tutorial is refusing to let me start the move to f8

I guess that's their way of reinforcing that rooks, unlike knights, cannot jump over things.

There are two solutions, but in one of them you need to jump over stars and it seems you are not allowed to do this. I might remember wrong but I think some time ago you were allowed to jump over stars.

can't fix topic title

I wish titles could be edited. I guess they can't because they match the URL.

Thanks for the replies, everyone! So this is something I believe should be fixed.
