#7 More seriously (we were writing at the same time and you edited your comment) I argued the same thing to other developers years ago and I don't completely understand it, but the added code complexity of handling corner cases differently wasn't worth it.
Basically, after you analyze your games, delete the tab, or else Lichess will think that your using an engine by going back and forth the tabs or something.
