Bug: Custom Background Doesn't Show On Certain Pages

I set a custom background in the transparent URL field with this:
https://www.pixelstalk.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Beautiful-Gradient-Wallpaper.jpg

Which doesn't show up on the Puzzles (training) or Puzzle Streak pages:
https://lichess.org/training
https://lichess.org/streak

Nor on the Analysis page:
https://lichess.org/analysis

All it gives me is the dark theme. It wouldn't surprise me if there were more pages I haven't seen which also has this bug, but I haven't checked everything to see. I attempted to fix this with multiple refreshes, as well as clearing my Lichess history and cookies. But it seems stuck that way. Interestingly using the default image URL (https://lichess.org/assets/images/background/landscape.jpg) does work though. So attempting to use other images (I tried more than one) just yields the basic dark theme look in general. So it may have to do with reading the image from outside sources.

I found this topic:
https://lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/transparent-background-error-in-puzzles?page=2
Which mentioned it got fixed. So perhaps there was a regression. But I couldn't respond to it as it was closed. So I had to make a new one.

If it helps, I'm using Windows 10 Home on Firefox 96.0.2.

I had a similar problem in another thread (can't find it now). Saving the image and hosting it on a different site worked better. Maybe some bad data got dropped when the image was transcoded.

@bufferunderrun Ah I see! Thanks! Wonder' why I didn't come across that thread in my searches. Unless I just used the wrong keywords.

@dRr0x0rZZ Guess' maybe the others I tried from other locations just so happen to have the same issue then. I could try even more hosters then to see what works. (Well, on top of the URI thing above) Thank you!
