Whenever i try to play a match, the board doesn't display, only the pieces are shown, making the game play very difficult. I am facing this problem for quite a few days, and tried to do some fixes. But they do not always work.
Change the board theme
I tried changing board theme, but it still happens.... :(
Are you using the app or the website? On your phone or on a PC? If you're using the website, which browser are you using?

Are you using the 3D board?
It happens to me sometimes, I use chrome android.
It can be solved by changing the theme or you need to clear your history web (maybe cache). The you log in and play some game, the board will display again.
