Board editing missing option to set move number

Using the app (version 7.13.1 on Android 9) I edited a board to practice mate with Knight and Bishop vs King, then chose to play the computer offline. So far, so good.

After playing to mate, I chose "board editor" from the menu and changed the position to practice more. Then from the swords icon "continue from here" I started playing the computer again. However this time the game is flagged as a draw due to the 50 move rule before I am able to mate.

It turns out "continue from here" continues from the previously played moves even when the position is edited. So if I'm the first attempt I delivered mate in 27, I only have 23 (not enough!) for the next try.

I miss an option in the board editor to reset (or set number of) moves.

I miss this option even after I found that there is a preprogrammed endgame practice position with Knight + Bishop in the board editor...
