Applying move-times to Stockfish by sampling from a representative distribution

Dear Lichess, Thibault, and Community,

Thank you for a fantastic platform.

I suggest making an option that can be switched on for the various time formats when playing against Stockfish.

In normal human to human play, a significant amount of the available time for thinking (about half) takes places during the opponent's moves, thus playing against Stockfish becomes a significantly different experience as it moves near instantly.

I believe it should be doable to make realistic distributions for random sampling based on human-human games in the database, taking into account 1) the time format, 2) the move number, and 3) the rating level.

I look forward to hearing any takes on this, and am sorry if this has already been suggested a million times, and I missed them all. I also look forward to beating Stockfish on time :-).

Cheers
