Android App often goes Offline, and no way to force it retry a connection

Hi All,

I've noticed that quite often, when the Internet connection is not a hi-speed link (e.g. when on cell network and no 3G/4G available; or even on WiFi with bad signal), the app goes to Offline mode, even though Internet is available and stable enough to browse web pages.

Even more, if I kill the app and re-launch it, it is often able to get Online.

So, 3 problems:

• App goes Offline even though the Internet connection is present and functioning, and
• Takes way to long for the app to re-establish connection on its own, and
• There is no way to force app retry connection except for killing and re-launching the app.

Hope this explanation is detailed enough.

Does anyone else have similar issues? Does anyone know workarounds?

I have the same problem, but instead of going in offline mode, my account signs out automatically.
