Android app language suddenly changed

Hi,

yesterday the language of my Android Lichess app suddenly changed for no apparent reason. It was German, now it is Swiss German. I haven't found a setting to define the language lichess uses in the app, although it's a bit complicated at the moment because written Swiss German is very different from German.

I haven't changed my Android language (German), VPN (none) or the way I connect to the internet (home WiFi). I have not observed this change in any other app. I am not member of any Swiss lichess teams. When I log into a browser window, lichess is German.

The crazy thing is that we are actually moving to Switzerland at the end of the year. But my phone shouldn't know about this. Plus, the last time we were in Switzerland was several months ago. The lichess Android app seems to guess the right thing, but how does it know? It's magic. Anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone have an idea? Maybe my question sounds funny, but it is real. As explained, no other app on my Android phone behaves like that. In addition, on my old iPhone the lichess app is German as it used to be on my Android for years (using the same account).

I really would like to switch back to English or German. Thanks for any help!

Ok I fixed it myself. I uninstalled lichess and re-installed it. Now it's German. Thus, this curiosity will disappear into the depths of the Internet. At least I have a few screenshots as proof.
