Just one extremely minor thing missing. The PGN does not indicate if a piece is being captured. E.g. http://en.lichess.org/analyse/l4kq53op
Move 5.. should be Bxc3, not Bc3.
Oh uhh nevermind, I just hadn't found a game with positive values for the advantage graph, lol!
I just noticed that when values are positive the whole area underneath the chart is green. Good stuff!
On the downside, Highchart.js means you can never monetise the site in any way. :( Unless you pay up for it that is, and it's a fairly expensive library. It certainly feels more responsive and is a definite improvement that the previous chart-drawing library, though.
