Hello.
Whenever I queue up for a new game and get assigned an opponent lichess takes ~10 seconds before it reconnects and my move get registered. A lot of my opponents get annoyed and abort the game before I have a chance to move, then I have to queue up again and the same thing happens.
I'm running an updated Mozilla Firefox on an Arch Linux system. I'm wondering if someone else has encountered this problem and whether anyone knows a remedy.
I know the problem is not with my internet connection as afterward the game runs stable. Also other websites don't have this issue, etc.

Please click https://lichess.org/#debug and click the "Send to Lichess" button. Afterwards, you'll get a chance to edit out anything from those logs you're not comfortable sending before they're posted. Ping me once this is done and I'll check it out.
Ah yes, sorry bout that daotra. It's a new system and we didn't update the config for it yet. Should be fixed now, do you mind trying again?

Myself and other team members have been experiencing regular loss of connection when on Lichess.
@Rankrotten Download winmtr then put in lichess.org and then post the stats here

The first ip with high worse stat compared to the previous is the problem and the one with a high loss rate thats not 100% is also bad because that one is dropping packets you can try a different dns or talk to your isp and maybe a vpn
