Since yesterday my account has been displaying the banner: "This account has violated the Lichess Terms of Use."
I now only get opponents with a 1-2 minute waiting time when I want to start a game and I am then only assigned to players who also have this banner.
Will it get better after a certain time or do I have to create a new account if I want to play normally again?
If you want to create a new account, you will need to go to lichess.org/appeal and acknowledge that what you did was wrong, and they might let you create another account.
Did you use computer assistant in some or maybe all of your games? If you did, then thats maybe why it shows that banner.
