Do you know
When you lose to a lower rated player, you can lose many points.
When you win against a lower rated player, you may win only a few points.
When you win against a lower rated player, you may win only a few points.
Im talking about similar rating like 20 ratiing difference i gain 7 points or 13 but when i lose it is -20
It also depends on the rating deviation (both yours and your opponent's). But, mostly, people's perception tends to be biased. Most of these asymmetries are actually caused by you being more likely to notice the cases you are not happy about.
I once lost 245 rating points in my first loss, you may lose fewer points when you're more experienced. Also, the higher your opponent's rating is higher than your's and the game is drawn, you will get rating points based on the difference of the rating points originally. And vice versa. If you draw against a lower rated player, you lose rating points, but don't worry, I used to have that too. Second able, I just got 45 rating points and my opponent lost six. BOOMYAH!!!! The difference used to be -62, but now it is -11. First win, I got 67 rating points. Never mind. Well, I lost 14 rating points from my draw and not telling you what the opponent won. Hint: He won #. Clue 1. It is not 2. Clue 2. It is less than 3. I'll reply to your comments when you're done. and also, no peeking! Now let's see what he has before. ###. Clue 1. None of the digits repeat. Clue 2. 93# Clue 3. It is not 939. Now he has ###.

If you don't want to get tilted, get a title, then you're titled, not tilted.
I don't know... are you absolutely sure titled players cannot tilt? It would be very disappointing to do all the hard work only to find out you can be both titled and tilted.
Just a quick glance through your game history: **you're lying**. All your wins/losses are in the same range of points won/lost, and that correlates correctly with the rating difference with your opponent.
It took me 10 seconds to check for that. Probably less time than it took you to write this post. You know what you could have done? Check your game history yourself and notice that there's no problem.
