it is impossible to move before the other player in real chess
and he always sees the other players move

it is a form of video game that tests reflexes not chess ability

I believe the point of bullet is to improve your quick thinking and reaction times. Also, there is a green shade that shows the persons previous move.

fast blitz is too fast for 90 of players
even if they can play legally they play terrible bad
and it ingrains bad habits and prevents improvement

slow blitz or fast bunnyrabbit ("rapid"?) is reasonable
but no premoves are necessary nor helpful at those slow speeds

the best way to improve is ten second must (perhaps slower for new players but not too slow)

taking a full ten seconds on each move is plenty to make a good move and avoid bad blunders

and that does prepare you for time trouble in OTB tournaments
but if you were skilled at playing ten second chess then you never would get into time trouble

i gave up otb because it was too slow
you have a totally won game with 5-10 minutes off your clock and the other idiot gets to drag the game out for two more hours with the slow time controls too many OTB tournaments have

15min SD is plenty for a good game with no major mistakes
and you get to play many more games not just 2-3 in a day

You seem to be a bit older. In that age one knows normally what is futile and what is not. Premoving and bullet have been an integral part of internet chess since 20 years. So another case of barking at the moon.

I don’t like those premoving skirmishes either that’s why I keep away from bullet. Watching players who take their own pieces (!) in advance (sic!) is not my mug of beer.
