Where is the resign button on PC, and what idiot either decided to remove it or make it totally non-obvious where it is??

Hey, when I press the resign button it stays down a couple seconds and then it is released, and nothing happens. This might be a stupid question, but how do I resign? I have got warnings for letting the time go out, so I need to know.
Have you pressed pressing it twice?
Usually that's an internet issue. You just need to try refreshing your page.
Unless it's a long classical game, there's really no reason to resign. You play it out. Watching guys resign the second they go down material in blitz is really weird, actually.
