What to play against King's indian defense?

I usualy have problems to play against KID. I tried averbakh variation: 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.e4 d6 5.Be2 0-0 6.Bg5 and also this interesting variation: 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nf3 Bg7 4.b4 d6 5.Bb2 0-0 6.e3. I would appreciate your recommendation what to play against King's indian.
Most critical is probably the bayonet variation, but it is very heavy on theory.
The 1st variation that you mentioned works fine for me
Four pawns attack is interesting, aggressive but risky
You should check that out
Either way, it cannot be tamed. :) It is very much alive in contrast to the period 20 years ago.

Tigran Petrosian: The KID is feeding my family.

I go 1.Nf3 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.b4!? All the main lines end in a chaos, White is up a million material up and checkmated^^

You mean Averbakh does not contain d5 and Petrosian is the variation with that move
If that's the case then @Matoseva42 I play the Petrosian one not Averbakh
Been playing four pawns attack lately. I don't know the theory but neither does anybody else apparently, so works fine for me.
