For me it is the Ruy Lopez Exchange Variation.
1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 a6 4. Bxc6 dxc6 5. 0-0
The reason for that is that although in theory black is totally fine, my experience in my chess games otb is that people tend to exchange pieces too much which leads to winning endgame for white, because of black's doubled queenside pawns.
