What is the difference between Strategic play and Positional play? Aren't they the same thing?

I'm still not really seeing what @Sarg0n's point is tbh. Should we not be learning about minority attacks or pawn storms or active pieces or passed pawns because it all comes down to calculation in the end? Or just accepting that sometimes we'll need to calculate even if we're trying to play "positionally"?
@#36, that was a nice move, 16. c5!

I would have given thought to snapping off Black's bishop on d7 with Nxd7 to gain the 2 Bishops advantage, but you were much better. Plus I like seeing how you play offense with an IQP. I always feel like the IQP is a liability, but you showed that it's a strength sometimes.
Actually I didn’t see c5! in advance. Took me quite a long time to spot.
