What is the best opening for black in your opinion?

playing black is always a queens gambit for me... I would really appreciate some help finding a good opening for black.
thank you
Well, first of all there's no objective best Opening.
And it depends on white's first move: 1.d4 or 1.e4 (the two most popular first moves)

So, my favorite agains 1.e4 is the Sicilian Defense, Najdorf variation.
Against 1.d4 (as well as against 1.c4, 1.Nf3 and 1.b3) I usually opt for a Kings Indian Defense, though the Grünfeld is pretty nice too.
As #3 said, there's no best. But mine is the trusty Modern Scandinavian defense. And against d4, I opt for a Nimzo-Indian or a Queen's Indian, to get them out of their book quickly. Against anything else, I just play a b6-based setup (Owen's defense / QID style)

With Black or White, I absolutely detest the Sicilian defense, it's a boring defense to aim for a calm game with no complications.

I might be stupid and low rated, but you consider the Sicilian a boring defense? What with white pawn storms and frequent opposite side castling, w/ black trying to make d5 happen? Or when White opts for the morra... that's boring?
I personally have much fun with the Scandinavian, played with 2. exd5 Nf6 . However, White has the power to kill the fun, if they want, by playing 3. Bb5+ Bd7 4.Be2 and the game gets less exciting.
But they'll often not do it, and then there are interesting possibilities depending on White's move. My favorite is when they try to save the pawn by playing c4 and we play the Icelandic gambit.

This doesn't sound right. I think that the Sicilian is generally considered a pretty aggressive opening, leading very often to opposite side castling. In an interview Ding Liren suggested to play the Sicilian for a fun opening, when Anna Cramling asked what they considered to be most fun to play.
@esmiro Guess I'm a fun killer lmao. I go with 3.Bb5+ Bd7 4.Bc4 and try to keep the pawn. I used to play 3.c4, but switched precisely because it allows the Icelandic.

Interesting Bc4. Then what does Black usually play?

I wonder whether I shall start to ignore the computer recommendation and go Nd7 rather than Bd7. I think that having the bishop on d7 is uncomfortable for Black in that set up.
