What is the approximate bullet/blitz/classical rating of a USCF candidate master?

Strange question considering titles are awarded based on Classical chess, not bullet/blitz.

Candidate Master title is under FIDE, not USCF. The USCF equivalent to a FIDE CM would be Expert (2000 to 2199 USCF Rating).

To obtain the FIDE title of Candidate Master (CM), it is required to have a FIDE rating of 2200 or more. Basically a CM is stronger than an Expert...
Not required to be 2200+.
To win a international junior or something event or win your age's championship.
There are 1600-1700 CMs and I even saw a guy who became FM at 1668 Rating ( he have an account here but I don't remember the name. )
@savagechess2k

Strange...the rules have changed greatly since I last read up on these requirements.

On a side note, how can you take a FM seriously with a 1700 rating? lol
Idk, maybe 2200+ can be another requirement ( independent from ages )
For CM.
( I even don't know if adults can be CMs )
As stated before it has nothing to do with online chess.

FIDE 2200 is required but it should be noted that the German confederation demands 2100 national rating. FIDE normally is say 100-200 higher so this could be the bigger obstacle.

Same case with FM, 2300 ELO and 2200 national rating otherwise they don't apply it for you and you cannot adresse themselves as "private" person. So there are people who are denied the title because of "national rating issues".

(and winning some continental championships sometimes yields lower-rated players GM/IM/FM/CM titles despite their rating)
I have 2100 DWZ but not 2200 Elo... :/
But ok, I wouldn't want to send FIDE even more money anyway. :P
Of course, you have to pay the FIDE for everything.
So most people who could by CM don't do it because they don't want to pay. (and at least in Germany most people think of CM more like of a joke title anyway, sry @Sarg0n :P)
However FM can be worth it as in some tournaments you have to pay less entry fee. (so I would/will go for it should I have the rating for it some day)
