What do you think about the new Chess variant "President Chess" ?

2 days ago I have published a new Chess variant that I have invented. It is called President Chess. You can read the blog at my Lichess blog page: President Chess: A Dynamic Evolution of the Classic Game.

It has a basic rule extension to the standard chess but opens up a lot of dimensions.

1. When a king is checkmated, the victorious player must execute the capture using one of their pieces of choice.
2. Once the king is captured, the defeated side promotes the second-highest ranked piece to the role of king. If multiple pieces of equal rank are eligible, the defending player decides which one will assume the throne.
3. If no qualified pieces are present, the game concludes as usual with the checkmating player declared the winner.

Would like to hear comments and contributions.
vishyfan13 your description is unrelated to the game variant. Thanks anyway
The game will end normally if only pawns existed. Let's say your King is checkmated and you only have one piece. Since that piece will be promoted to King after checkmate you will try to survive in your remaining game time.

If you have more than one pawn then you may have a chance to promote that pawn.
> 3. If no qualified pieces are present, the game concludes as usual with the checkmating player declared the winner.

This is unclear. What is a "qualified piece"?
Four More Turns! Four More Turns!

Anyway, what separates this from just not caring about the king? Do you lose a turn for elections or something?
if u lose the king, you will have to replace your strongest piece with it, so basically ur losing your strongest piece. And qualified piece I think means a piece not under attack. And also, are u allowed to move your king into check, or not defend it from a check, or is this only when there is checkmate.
