On chess.com it's really easy because even if you don't get the whole puzzle right, you still get points. I also don't have a membership but I have crossed 3100 somehow. Lichess is far more difficult because you have to get the whole sequence right.

Yeah, you might call me a cheater too, I agree.But It keeps me mentally happy. It boosts my confidence to play better.

500-700 points difference is not abnormal. 1000 or even 1500 is. Some guys make it painfully obvious and still have no shame in bragging with it.

You know what can keep you mentally happy? Hug a dog, caress a cat, kiss someone.
You don't get to be happy when you cheat someone else.

I am not cheating anyone else except myself lol. What matters the most is keeping myself happy in chess. If it bothers you so much, try appealing to lichess for removing all such loopholes in the system.
If you cheat at your own passion or your talent, It's basically cheating on yourself
