I think I misunderstood there. I thought he meant getting analyzed live by a 3rd player (the tutor). Read it the wrong way I guess.

your tutor can analyse after the game is over, it won't change the evaluation

Usolando, I think he meant discussing the game between him and the tutor. Then there's no cheating.

On chess.com one can chat during the correspondence chess games, and on Lichess it is the same.

On top of that it depends of course what the players have arranged beforehand, and a casual (not rated) game could be created.

Does Lichess have strict rules for this re: corr. chess ?

You can do what you want in casual games. It would be courteous if you and your opponent knows and consents to outside-help... But, if you don't tell them, it's not good sport but you won't be peanalized ...
