Russia White-blue-white

I’ve noticed some top players/coaches use “Russia White-blue-white” flag in their profile, see @Artem_0degov profile, for instance. What does it mean, shouldn’t the flag be White-blue-red actually?

It symbolizes Russian players who are against war in Ukraine.
