a Friend ( > 2200 ) told me that the best to improve is, to use lichess as a guest and to solve the "tasks". Because then the difficultie would not increase. But i play under the Name "Hans-Peter". Can i switch to a guest - Profil?

You don't need to register/login to play games or solve puzzles.
Side note, might be advisable to use your account so that you can identify your weaknesses and get curated puzzles. But your friend is higher rated, so I'd probably listen to him.
