In my experience
Chess.com rating is around 0-200 points above FIDE, and Lichess is 200-500 points above FIDE. There are other cases, however, where people are extremely active on FIDE and not so on lichess, and vice versa. There does not seem to be a standard for how high an online rating is compared to OTB, but these are just estimations :)
