Just because someone is good and they are new in lichess doesn't mean they are cheating. There are ways to learn and play chess other than lichess as well, you know?

@Bishop1964 Nope. Just hover your cursor arrow over any response icons that have numbers and you'll see the usernames of those who've cast votes.
hmmm there are many cheaters in lichess which are caught very easily by lichess. But the one who is not blocked till now plz dont tell him a cheater. I guess IAMBLASTER is also a cheater.
