Multiple Accounts

I tried signing up for a second account but on the sign-in it says having multiple accounts is prohibited. I have been using lichess when playing with full effort and chess.com when playing at less than full effort like when I'm traveling or drinking etc. Is it problematic if I just used two lichess accounts for different effort levels?

You don't have to ask explicitly, a second account is ok if you don't do harmful things. For example, a public and an anonymous account. This has been stated several times.
