Hello world,
In the past few weeks, I decided to give chess a go. I've been reading up on some literature and I've been watching videos on yt to get a grip of the game. What all of these videos (and teachers) say is that nothing beats a good analysis. Computer analysis on this site is great, but sometimes I simply do not see why some particular move is as bad as the engine says.
That is why I was wondering if anyone would be interested in "adopting" a protege in regards to the beautiful game we love so much? :D I think a bit of commentary from other players and a tip or two would go a long way in improving my game.
This thread is, of course, also intended for anyone who might be interested in this idea.
Tl;dr: looking for a mentor
