Looking for graph busiest time of day

Last month I saw someone from EU had a few pictures (that I think we're on imgur) of the total users per hour. It graphed registered and anonymous users.

Help me find it. I spent an hour searching this site, google, imgur, reddit.

I'd rather have an updated graph. I'm -6 UTC and I hate making a thread for something that should easily be looked up.
