Is Lichess dying or am i being "shadowbanned?"

i somehow only find games with new players even tho my rating is a bit higher than starters, also even wins or losses doesnt effect my rating. been playing for years successfully but since last week im unable to find any usefull games and feels like im being an outcast.

what is up with lichess....
