Is it ok to abort 50-70% of corr. games at the start?

1.
I want to use my formula to avoid engines. Formula is basicaly 1000+ games played, rating differences between controls. I may also check specific games to see if engine was used. That means canceling most of corr games at the start.

Is it allowed?

Yesterday I lost 34 move 5+3 game. It was 0/0/0 game by him. Isnt it too good for 1800 player. I saw few of his 0/0/0 played today or recently. (I absolutely dont know if that specific player is cheating, I just think its strange)
Also I was cheated in corr by noob who doesnt cheat vs 1400 rated players like he is.
I reported but it doesnt always help.

2. Is it alowed to discuss cheating without naming?
0/0/0 in a correspondence game is certainly possible, also a pawn loss of < 10 in a game; if you want to play a correspondence game, just start one. i don't get why starting and cancelling games would help you in finding suitable player.
If cheating paranoia gets the upper hand: play offline. You can never be sure in the internet. It‘s fun, training, everything - except for: serious
I will state with a billion percent certainty that you, unknowingly, regularly cancel games against people who do not cheat, because of your paranoia. If you do what you describe here, at least.

I personally don't think issuing a challenge and then aborting the game because of your own silly, arbitrary rules is an example of good etiquette in online chess.

Any person who cites a 0/0/0 game as inherent evidence of suspicious behavior (especially in correspondence chess!) gets a swift and emphatic roll of the eyes from me.
Are you saying that you require your opponents to have played 1000+ games? I ask because you've only played 242 games yourself.
Preferably yes 1k +. My account have not enough games to be trusted as for now.

To those who have trouble reading. There were only 2 questions. #1 and #2.
@Fairplayer1 no formula will save You from playing engines here, especially the longer time controls get the more cheaters You'll face (that's why I like bullet most :) )
Apparently there is no automatic cheating detection whatever employed, and basically nothing strange in that, there is no chance to catch all cheaters, even the obvious ones get away... So play Your best chess without caring who or what You play against ;) The real chess strength can only be tested OTB.
The shorter the time controls, the more cheaters you'll encounter, especially bullet players as they use their bots readily available.

Inherently, correspondence players are by far the most honest lot. Bullet players crave instant satisfaction, therefor are more prone to cheating. Now, do I really believe this as being true? Only partially, no evidence to support it. Only pointing out how easily a counter argument is made too the continuing accusations made about correspondence players. In all my games, the percentages are very low, and contrary to standard belief, the detection of such is not much different nor difficult than fast time controls.

"Automatic" detection of computer assistance is certainly in use. Metrics of every move of every game is stored and evaluated. Eventually, continued use of bots/programs gets detected with the help of educated members reporting abuse. Obvious cheaters are caught quickly, often within hours. More fallacies set right.

It is an assumption that the longer the time control equals the greater chance of cheating. This based on ignorance, with no supporting evidence. @stockmodo_007 has played exactly 0 correspondence games here, the last person to make claims about correspondence play.

To the OP's question. 50% - %70 aborts is "paranoia". Myself, I also review a players history before accepting a challenge at correspondence. I abort here and there, certainly less than %10. Never been notified such aborts abuse a policy. I suspect the standards for correspondence differ than live play when it comes to the amount of aborts before a notification. Give players the benefit of any doubt and play. Lose a few to engine users, no sweat off our backs.
Let lichess catch the cheaters. They are so much better at that than some random person with some made-up "formula"...

Aborting 50-70% of your games just leads to you getting banned eventually.
Usually in a correspondence game, if they're cheating, they get caught before the game ends.

I've only played 243 correspondence games, and I've probably had a 0/0/0 game, but I've also never cheated ¯\_(ツ)_/-
