In a fide tournament, do you lose some fide rating, when you draw against an unrated player?

No. Even if you lose.

PS: think this boosted cheating in former times in the poor Eastern states. Even I was asked in Hungary for a couple of German DM to win a lost game. I declined and lost quickly. :)

In this Scheveningen type tournament my opponent would have lost no Elo because way back 1997 I had no FIDE-Elo.
