I am finding chess extremely depressing.

If you want to put the OP down by intimating that you are smarter, you should at least write well enough to offer some evidence.

If you're "intelligent", then that means I'm a genius! I'm still in elementary school! Call me Magnus!

When did they stop teaching spelling?

Also, although I left your exclamation marks intact, only reducing their quantity, they lose impact when you use them at the end of every sentence. I do not think any of them were called for. Simple periods would have been more effective.

this is why im still in elementary school, after 13 years!
Eric Rosen and masters in general pretty much devoted their life to chess.... they suck at everything else... intelligence is a small part of what makes you better at chess. That being said.... chess sucks. I can't find joy in chess (maybe when I'm just studying it), only misery... I tried to give up chess many times and I keep returning to it because I think I'm addicted, in the bad way...
