If u compare chess.com and lichess starter rating then u will notice 300 rating difference because lichess rating is higher than chess.com in chess.com lowest is 100 in lichess 400. So add 300 rating to chess.com rating or minus 300 rating in lichess rating then it will show the truth.

That does not mean you can convert the ratings by a simple formula like "add 300". There are multiple projects trying to come with a relation between chess-com and lichess ratings based on statistical analysis but their results are not very reliable unless you interpret them as something like "likely within 200 from the value shown". And their statistical analysis also shows that the difference between mean values gets lower with higher ratings.
