How to play as black against the Birds opening??

Hi all!
I have been preparing for a tournamnt and now i was preparing against a player who plays the birds.I dont know how to play against it as black.

So please help me out nd give your views!

If you want you can have a look at the Fromm Gambit. Personally, I find it very playable.

I don’t know which SOS volume. But just google, there are some videos online. Btw, I play normal stuff as well.
