I can only help you from 800 to 1599 sorry
Play alot of games and do alot of puzzles, but it doesen't come easy and takes alot of hard work, so make an effort.
#1 Do 15-20 puzzles a day.
Take your time. It is not about finding the move fast. Its about finding the move. Your speed will naturally improve over time. DON'T rush it.
#2 Utilize all the time allowed by the time control. You are way too impatient. You play 7+2 but act as if it is 2+0 or something.
Slow down. Time is a resource. Use it. When you see a good move. Wait. Look again. You might find a better one.
#3 If you have the time and want to then Play 15+10.
#4 Do not play (especially rated) when you feel bad in any way. Tired. Upset. Whatever. If you do you will play way below your best and your rating and improvement will suffer. I think most people have lost a few 10s or 100s of points from playing when they really shouldn't.
#5 Do not play blitz or bullet.
#6 Follow opening principles. Do not focus much on openings at your level.
#7 Buy and read Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual
#8 Analyse your games. Losses first. Draws second. Wins third.
#9 Enable move confirmation in your profile. Play a move. Check it is no blunder or mouse-slip. Confirm.(This may or may not be too time consuming for 7+2. But IDK)
#10 Make sure you are having fun! If you aren't then you will not improve much if at all.
#11 Take walks out in the fresh air every day. As to keep your mind and body healthy. 30 min walks every day are better than 1 hour walks every 2 days.
I hope this helps:)

No blitz or bullet to improve I don't believe in, it's fun right, and anything chessrelated will help you. No reason not to stray off the path of rightousness every once in a while.
ok!
my story is similar, from 700-1700
below 1500 as probably all tactics and opening trap, knowing how to mate with k+q vs k, etc. not much of endgame knowledge here
above that was endgame strategies, learning how the weird horsey thing moves(not really), and knowing how to mate with k+r vs k

> 800 means you drop pieces a lot. 1st thing is to pay attention that you don't lose pieces just by ignoring that that they are under a threat or move you piece to a square where it can be taken. that will take past 1000 easily. and everything else is moot unless you succeed at least partially on it. and on 1600 people still drop pieces for nothing just not that often
@pet9ri99 thanks now I just peaked at 1015 and fell to 1001. But I'm above a thousand.

just do more puzzles 5 to 25 each day and try to do higher rated puzzles each day and learn more openings and end games. you can even ask your coach to help
