How to beat the fried liver attack?

If you look at high level games(Master level) you will hardly find a game where white wins against the TRAXLER COUNTER ATTACK.

Fried Liver Attack is a very aggressive opening and aggressive is the solution against aggressive, the Traxler Attack.
As a proof why don't you have a look at J. Reinisch vs Karel Traxler. Karel Traxler played so aggressively that he even lost his queen and many other piesces but he won the game at last with all his sacrifice.

By the way would you all mind commenting on the video on youtube itself and also subscribing to this small channel to grow it. Your comments and subscribes will let the maker know and he can make better videos from your discussions.
The video on YouTube itself is not very thorough.
It talks about the Traxler, which lies outside the theme, but does not treat the best moves 5 Bxf7+ or 6 Kf1. Even 6 Kxf2 is not treated right, omitting 7 Ke3. Either keep silent about it as it lies outside the theme, or else treat at least the main line.
It only mentions 5...Na5 without treating it and not 5...Nd4, 5...b5, which is OK, as it lies outside of the theme.
In the Fried Liver itself it only mentions 8...Ne7 not even treating it and it does not mention the better move 8...Nb4.
I would comment on the video, but the audio is so horrible that I couldn't stand to watch it after 10 seconds. There is your feedback. Fix the audio. ;-)
"If you look at high level games(Master level) you will hardly find a game where white wins against the TRAXLER COUNTER ATTACK."
@krantico that's clearly not true. E.g. look at the lichess db, from white perspective +45 =30 -26 %. That's overall a 60% score from white which is disastrous for black.
Just as a comparison, white also scores 60% against 1.e4 g5, that's how but the Traxler is.

Now sure, against weak opponents you can probably trick them and win with black, but claiming that in Master level games White doesn't win is just ridiculous.
The Traxler is completely terrible for black if white knows what he's playing. After:

e4 e5 Nf3 Nc6 Bc6 Nf6 Ng5 Bc5 Nxf7 Bxf7 Kf1. Okay, now what can black do? White is scoring 67% from this position in master games.
I thought it was a pretty good (informative) video myself. A comment on the production, take the time to rehearse what you're going to say. There were notable lapses where the presenter seemed to get mixed up.

As to the variation, players I play often avoid Fried Liver by playing h6. The presenter dismissed this as weakening black after a second sacrifice, to obtain an half-open g file. Going down two pieces, I wouldn't do it, maybe I just don't know the line.

But playing h6 keeps me away from that attack.
3...h6 does not develop any piece, does nothing to control the centre and weakens the king's side. It is no good move. There is no need to fear 4 Ng5.
