How should we deal with cheaters, since lichess support is very weak

@clutchnutz I believe it is better to stop trolling, I don't see a button to report your trolling posts, if you have any logical thing to say, then say, otherwise it is wiser for you to keep distance from keyboard.

@PoolOfLiver I know, I explained the main issue is not that they don't ban the cheater if it is catched, but they either don't catch the cheater or they catch them very late. It is not just about banning (I guess if I answer a post that is related to the main post , no matter to who it is written, doesn't harm anyone, or does it?)

@GoldenBeer Well I was replying to the guy who said that account deletion isn't enough punishment with a joke, and you tried to reply to me as if I was making some kind of serious argument, so I'm just saying. Nothing personal, kid.

Well, maybe just keep reporting them until they get banned? That might work.

@PoolOfLiver , Your response was meaningful only if the main post was not there: answering to a random (valid) complain, given that in the post I have exaplained what are the shortages and you provided that reponse (to someone else) means you entirely ignored the merit of the posts, then that means it is a personal discussion not something improving the understanding of general audiences. I think our current discussion is also getting out of general merits, we can continue in the chat together.

This is what I am doing right now, but of course it is frustrating, when an AI can help a lot and when people report a lot, why it is not well processed? If they have lack of people doing the job, then they can announce it, if there is a lack of money for this, then again they can announce it.
