How much time should be used for a puzzle [mins] to get max benefit and to improve pattern recogniti

How much time and how can we maximise improvement in puzzles and pattern recognition doing hard puzzles for like 5 mins per puzzle or like 1 to 2 mins per puzzle or should it be a mix of all?

That's a very good question... for how i see it, everything under 1 minute you are training pure pattern recognition...
between 1 and 3 minutes you are doing a mix training of pattern recognition and visualization (you are trying to patter recon "after" a few immaginary moves) : for me this is the best training, but that's is just personal preference
anything over 3 minutes, you are basically using visualization to brute force solve the puzzle

All the 3 will do something for you: which one is more "cost-effective" may depend upon a lot of contingent factors... you like to play long games or blitz ones? you are better already at pattern recon or at visualization? you one to be a one-trick or you want all of the skills?

I wanna play longer games like 15+10 rapid, and my visualization is pretty good though my pattern recog fails me. And i want all the skills. I'd say my weakest point of my game rn is tactics since i haven't done them for a yr now cuz i barely played chess this yr so im tryna improve them as fast as I can. What do u thing i should do?

Put lichess puzzles on the easiest settings (-600) and do 40 minutes (or how long you can stay focused) of puzzle everyday for a month... than tell us if it worked for you.. i am pretty sure you'll see big improvements!

I do a type of woodpecker method. My current deck is up to 2500 puzzles. I aim for under 10 seconds on average, some days I can do 8.

As much time as it takes to commit the pattern to visual memory, I would say.

If your doing under 600, then it should take like 1 min or 2, but under 300 should be like 2 min or 3, but normal should be 4-5 min and harder 300 should be 5-6 and harder 600 should be 6-7 minutes, if you want to improve your game play then everyday you should do 10 under 600 and under 300 puzzles (5 each) and 6 normal's and harder 300, so 16 each day, then you will improve to the point where you can do 20 puzzles each day or even more!!

Ya but i want to improve at rapid where i dont really have enough time to think a minute every move so shouldn't it be like 5-10 secs for under 600?. My current puzzle rating is 2300 (i dropped cuz i wanna go back up to 2300 from like 1500) and when it was 2300 also I took max a minute to solve it. Its just that I am very inconsistent and i can sommetimes find hard puzzles very quickly, and on the other hand I can also miss one movers sometimes.
