even with SLA response to tickets are normally 3 working days :D

But if by data you mean games they won't erase them for you, it's public domain now so yeah probably that's why they didn't answered you yet.

For the mail if your current account is working then there is no problem.
Don't worry about random stuff, they'll tell you if you do something problematic.
