How fast is the lichess support?

From my experience, the dilemmas of your average player are given far less attention, consideration and considered response than the activities of those who are already contesting the upper-echelons of this site's chess heirarchy.
I personally think that it is infact, quite fast!
My appeal of being muted/shadowbanned whatever you want to call it, was responded in 3 days so summarise it as you want lol

More than four days, bumps, and alternate replies but no direct acknowledgement of substance.

I posted a presentation of my experience of contesting the Centre game here and I was shot down for alleged plagiarism with no substantial case cited for that claim.

This has greatly discoloured my view of the community.

Despite this, I continued to show willing.

However, I then encountered a drawish condition that has some justification for acknowledgement on my side.

The responses I received were dismissive and unsympathetic.

Now, I am questioned over my conduct in the forums - where misleading presentation of information led to potential entrapment.

This has greatly affected me and my position, which is continually scrutinised without due recourse to process.
