I am on 2792 but I got -30 twice and lost a lot of rating

Yes #4 is right.Its impossible.Your ratings are 1400-1500 levels.You cant have 2790 puzzle rating with your normal calculations.

I have looked at your games quickly. You are a master of complicated puzzles but probably you should solve some down-to-earth tactics first...
