What a stupid behavior. If you're 2000 and don't want to play someone 1600 why do you start game then only to arrogantly leave a second later? that's what the skill slider is for when you create a game!
I mean you're 2000 in chess but not smart enough to figure out start game options?

That happens to me also sometimes when some player rated 1500 or less accepts my open seeks. No need to rant about it ;)
Also, maybe it's something else and not rating. Some times I abort the game when the other person is not moving and I see the move later because of lag. No need to see just the bad in people

sometimes higher players forget they were once started lthe game like a beginner with rating 1400
it can also be a misclick, the player just accidently clicked your offer.
I do that a lot, and its always by accident. (either forgetting to set the rating range or misclick)
Hahaha, there's lots of reasons that might happen that aren't personal or even about your rating.
Sometimes when the games are slow here I'll open up a seek on
chess.com as well and if a game starts there I end up auto-aborting here, or vice versa. Or perhaps he simply had a phone call at the moment and hadn't yet cancelled his seek. Who knows.

When it is me it is because I forget to change the slider between variants. For KOTH I'm willing to play 1800+ and for regular bullet 2000+. I do think it's rude if they don't say anything and just abort.
Both PC and android apps always remember slider positions.
