Girls, I want to tell you to be careful ... and give a warning ...

... here is a group of "friends" or one person with more than one profile, they try a new strategy on us female players.

The highest rated of them tries to suggest big love, demands consent to a partnership in order to ... then train the female player to become a super player in a short time. Very abusive!

He tries to find out, if the girls have other nice contacts and asks many questions without giving out own informations about himself. To find out about other contacts the girl cares about - a girl with friends or family is not a good victim, - she is not alone-, the bullet-wonder stages his great jealousy. The girls are trapped, saying: "There are no other guys!"

After this ... the high rated players friend or second profile comes in to help to bring back a "good" conversation again. Games are offered.

I have been contacted directly, another girl too. So "they" search for female players mb in the profiles list for example. I know 4 profiles of them now.

Still not understanding, what they really want, the bullet wonder sent me a monitor picture. But it was a manipulated picture, my name was pasted in a chat window. I before wrote in other chats, - yes, I have friends - but here I never wrote a single word in this chat. I noticed, after looking deeper to the monitor picture loaded up to IMGUR, they pasted in my profile name, but the text was written by another female chess player.

This shows, more girls have been involved, and the other girls personal words now came to me, a stranger with the abusers suspicion of being my own words. I noticed the risc, that my chats now could go to the next girl also and so on and to the next and to IMGUR, where a lot of not Lichess people can read the personal messages too now. I checked the views and at the moment there are 67 views.

I am very sure, they are looking for young girls, because the interest in me went down, after talking about ages. Soo, I hope, the girls here will be careful.

Girls!!! Don`t give anything to them ... no phone numbers, no telegram/ insta/ others, google mail, no pics, no voices, no personal words!!! And report them!!!

Block that person immediately when you feel uncomfortable or suspicious or if ask too much personal details.
Don't blind trust anyone.
When we use social media we should always know how to use media wisely.
Ever feel scared in media or getting ciber bullied tell your gaurdian immediately.

This is a life skills that every human should know in real life so as online.
Be careful,Be safe!

But one thing as a kind human i wanna state that don't isolate yourself beforehand. There are really good and kind people in the world. So do chat to people until you fear that its going too far or feel insecure.
Socialization is important but cut your self through it permanently is even worse but matter of fact is that you just chat cautiously and wisely :)
I am saying as a human to other humans not specially to boy/girl
But still its just my opinion :)

Hmmm, yes ... here are many good guys, but they do not ask for love against rating, they behave just "normal".

Definitely report inappropriate comments or what looks like grooming.

Stupid boys

Since there're so few women chess players, you get a lot of attention. In real life chess clubs as well. And, in my opinion, women are not too fond of it when it's too much. If I was a female and I was talked to all the time just because of my gender I think I'd be like "Leave me alone!".

Creepy stuff like what you told us about is normal in online environments, especially for women players I think. I don't think it was useful to publish it here - there're tons of people like that, and everyone online should know what he/she could face and be careful.
When you face something like this just report.
