@Sarg0n I do not agree. Fischer's main strength was positional play in clear positions. In irrational positions he played a bit weaker.
An example is his French game against Larsen in the Candidates 1971.
Here he didn't find the relatively simple to calculate win 21.Bd6 Qc8 22.Bf3 Bc6 23.Qd4+ Kf7 24.Bd5+ Bxd5 25.Qxd5+ Kf6 26.g4! In his best times, Alekhine would have calculated this until mate.
