Hi, I tried
www.google.fr/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjPlqXG2ufkAhVJPBoKHZr3DpkQFjAAegQIBxAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.elometer.net%2F&usg=AOvVaw3BI5ugcaTb_DXlb1l7Wjp0 few months ago and it told me I had 1640 elo. I did it yesterday again and this time, I have 1875 elo, which seems much higher than my actual level (1640 seemed a little high too).
So, did you do this test and what do you think about the results ? Sory for bad english.
I myself got a 1960, which is around my classical on lichess
Probably repeating the test, even after some time, may produce unreliable results. So I would stick with the value you got during the first one :).
And as far as I know, elometer tends to overestimate people's ratings in respect to their FIDE ratings
@Itzal yeah im 1218 national lol (although i dont attend tournaments and am very bad OTB, still)
I got 2092. I wish!
I have some serious doubts about the accuracy of the test. My main concern was the lack of a clock or timer.
I got an average of 1936 and thats probably very close to correct but I also was dead tired and guessed half the moves, BUT how do they determine how much time the player has spent thinking?
Did it quickly on my mobile, 2370 was the outcome.
My rating is 2251 when I claim to be female. It drops when I claim to be mail. Yeah, I trust these [sexists] results.
Wow, I am so bad( Its time to remember something from childhood.
Well, that was a humbling test! Thank you for sharing. 1746.
